I love helping midlife women who suddenly find themselves living a busy life somewhat unconsciously, as though they are rolling through the motions. I was one of those women as I entered midlife when I decided to switch things up, spending a bit of time daily to think about what I actually wanted my life and work to be about. I started to squeeze the juice of life to allow magic to happen. I tapped in to who I was and what I wanted to do to strengthen my purpose for life, build courage, revive long forgotten passions and find meaning in my existence.
